[KINDS OF RETURNS]

  1. Item delivered is not matching the item ordered (Wrong Size, Wrong item, Wrong Module, Wrong Picture,)
  2. Item delivered is not complete (missing Spare parts, Part No. (s), accessories…etc.)
  3. Item delivered is not intended to you (Wrong Delivery)
  4. Item delivered is not satisfactory (Bad Quality)
  5. Item delivered is damaged, not working our malfunctioning.


[RETURN CONDITIONS]

  1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you and request a return or exchange.
  2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
  3. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  5. Please do not send your returned items to the address mentioned on your package as it will affect the processing of your  return.
  6. Any shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable ( all shipping charge are non-refundable for sending and returning the items )


[RETURN – EXCHANGE/ CLAIM PROCEDURE] 

  1. Please contact Customer Service within 7 Days by submitting a return claim to info.snsal.com indicating the Invoice No, Tracking No. & item(s) you would like to return and the reason of return mentioned in the above list. We will get back to you within 72 hours.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please pack up & prepare the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Once the package is returned to us & approved by Snsal, we will issue refund/replace as per the case in hand.
  4. Most returns are processed within 10-12 business days after we receive your package at our warehouse. We’ll issue the refund to your Bank Account by filling the FORM on  Contact us  page
  5. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
